Carrie Sirois Coogan is a 23 year veteran of the market research and business intelligence community and is committed to leveraging this expertise to meet your Federal sales goals in this tough economic environment.

 

As a leader, she managed the day-to-day challenges of a high-impact consulting practice. She remains quick to develop the methodologies necessary to solve demanding Federal contractor issues. She is a subject matter expert in Federal budget analysis and procurement vehicles, but prides herself in her primary research expertise. Her experience lies not only with the information technology market, but also with a wide variety of other products and services. From professional services to control room furniture, she has worked with it all. 

 

She believes in taking the knowledge gained from an engagement and presenting it to her clients in a manner that is immediately actionable. Carrie is all about growth, organic or through acquisition, and has the expertise to develop a qualified pipeline, or to uncover a worthy acquisition target. 

 

Carrie has been Principal of her own consulting practice for the last ten years and has been engaged in supporting a handful of large and mid-sized organizations focusing on the federal, state and academic markets.

 

Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Canada, she is an Edward’s School of Business graduate, majoring in both finance and quantitative analysis. She was also awarded a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP) certification in July, 2002, through the Forum for International Trade Training.

 

Much to her family's dismay - she is always building or renovating something.  Or planning to build or renovate something.  Carrie enjoys spending much of her downtime in beautiful North Carolina.
